Research Director
Susan is a seasoned consultant with a wealth of experience that spans over 15 years and is currently the Research Director at PARS Research. She is highly experienced in managing and coordinating research and M&E assignments in the African region.
A holder of a Master’s degree in Gender and Development Studies and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, she is experienced in both qualitative and quantitative research techniques.
She is passionate about women empowerment and child protection and has also led assignments that speak to a variety of thematic areas including WASH, governance and democracy, conflict and peace resolution, sexual and reproductive health, youth empowerment to name a few.
Susan is a full member of African Women Development Network (FEMNET) and sits in the local Market and Social Research Association (MSRA) Council as well as the Evaluation Society of Kenya.
